Beware their hot water is made out of gold, it can cost you $100.00 per person per month. My daughter lives by herself and she spend $100.00 every month for showering once a day and washing couple of dishes per day. Although I contacted them multiple times and they agreed that there is a problem as the average person spend around $25.00 per month however they are not willing to fix problem. I have friend who live in a full size house and 9 people live in the house except they spend $100.00 every month for nine persons. My place is one bedroom only and not a full house.

I've got an apartment here, there are people from many countries around the world which is good and fun for me. Let's talk about good and bad things. Good things: there is security guard, cleaning is great, pool gym and small play ground for children, many restaurant cafe and shop is around you, there are three elevator so you never have to wait for that and all the time one or two of them are ready, apartment plan for two bedroom is good. But bad things: there are too many children in this residence and sometimes I see they are playing with ball in enterance of the residence and no one is telling them not to, in your apartment you can easily and clearly hear neighbors talking and noises, I have a two years old baby but I can't take her to the residence play ground because of other older children which playing wildly and dangerously.
