They forgot the order, we had to remind them twice, they gave ice tea, we wanted coke. Potatoes were burnt, there were no sauces, no spices, most importantly, they used barbecue sauce instead of tomato paste sauce on the pizza base.

We told Pzza that the oven was broken, they did not give pizza for 2 hours, we asked for it to be returned, they did not wait for hours, especially in the press, there was a distorted cem saying that there was a problem with your card, the cocky arrogant, he called the bank, but he did not try to solve the problem in his pos device, and such a big company 34 Tl could not refund, shame on people getting paid for the service they did not have their rights

I believe that the staff should be friendly. Also why there is no signage there. To find out the sequence number, I think orders should be given with care. If it happens again, you can never be the brand I love sbarro.

Their staff is very rude with their dialogues with customers, and I am not satisfied with the news on their menus. I wanted a slice of pizza menu, but even if they did not hear it, I work in the service sector, so I consider it unpleasant to serve a customer in this way.
