Full of good foreigners from Africa, Iran, siria and..
Nice place
My contribution is for the non-citizens. Please read it carefully. First of all, the management of this site is very rude to the foreign people. The security is also very rude to the foreign people. Also you won’t be able to use recreational units (e.g. pool, gym ..) if you rent a flat (they won’t give you access right cards). When you have a trouble with security, there will be no justice. Think twice before you prefer this site.
It has safety for living in it ,,it's for family
There's a lot of relaxing and beautiful places inside
There's a playground for children ☺️
Good location, several transportatin means to metrobus stations. clean, safe and affordable price.
Rented houses are little old and are not cared for its maintaince from their owner (not all apartments of course).
Two bif swiming pools. Play area for children.
Aidat is 430 T.L. + compi cost. (heating water and condition)
