I'm transferring my own experiences. One month after the purchase, the bathroom's water pipe exploded, some of the windows of the house are breathing and misting, there is a disgusting smell of odor, the kitchen is constantly burning the odor from the outlet of the kitchen, the paint of the house is seriously bad, and there are stains of black spots on the smallest contact. They said they will do it after taking the house for others except for the paint. I've been calling Pertev gentleman at least 30 times, no solution. I called Tekin Bey, call my assistant, he said if you were to call me, why would I have them working?
