Today, after waiting half an hour outside in line, when it was my turn for the box office, the box office officer did not perform my transaction after he told me that I should do the transaction I want to do (Driver's License Fee, Valuable Paper and Foundation Fees) from the ATM, not from the box office. Should I resent the fact that no platform notified the citizen that the fee was invested only from the ATM or the officer attitude, the time I expected? !!!
The branch that does not answer phones. At least don't do it during this pandemic period.
