Fast and reliable company. Compatative pricing
I got the worst car rental comp for my trip. The car was in bad condition. Tyre keep losing air for no reason. They gav us a dirty car with only little petrol left on midnight for us to drive from airport to our hotel. Their car park to return their car was difficult to locate and they didnt tell us which entrance to take to return their car. We hav to pay extra 14TL because we went into wrong car park entrance. I regret taking their service and if it not because of Budget ran out of car. I wouldnt take them for sure.
I went to pick up the vehicle rented on behalf of the company, you are going upstairs, there is nobody saying welcome, no attention! They are extremely indifferent. They are all sullen. No one even asked to sit down while waiting for the vehicle. I looked, no one is interested, I went downstairs again, I was able to receive the vehicle after waiting in the cold for 1 hour. I do not recommend it to anyone ... even 1 star is more ...
The first vehicle that was brought in was very old and smelled of cigarettes. It was cleaned from the beginning and it was completely cleaned.
