I gave my vehicle to internal and external washing when I came to Pointe about a month ago. When I hit the road, I noticed water spots on the glass, but since I was walking away, I could not return. Afterwards, I noticed that the console in my car was never wiped, not even a broom was held inside the trunk, and water stains all over the car, and dirt on the fenders. When I called, I spoke with Begum lady and she said, "Today we have received a lot of complaints about this subject, I think our master has changed so I did not check it, I write your complaint as a note to the system, you can come and wash it free of charge whenever you want." When I went last weekend, someone else greeted me and told me that such a note was not told to me. It is written in the system, they said so, I said and looked again, the system changed, I don't know what he said and it was not helped in any way. My 55 TL money went straight to the garbage, a place that is not behind his words in any way and I will never take my car and wash it, you should not go and disgrace.

If you wash the car here, it won't get dirty for a month. This car is my 3rd Car and I'm still washing it from the same place. Since they do not compromise on quality, their pricing is not important at all.

I left the car for internal and external washing. However, I noticed that the vehicle was not washed properly and that it was standing on the outside of the vehicle. You will pay 40 lira but you will not be satisfied. I will never choose again. Moreover, the attendant who made the wash rolled over forty tip for the tip. If everyone is giving service to do their job, you will act accordingly.
