Hello everyone, I am a furniture maker in Germany. We bought 2 sofa sets from Seer sofa. Both were problematic products. Someone came for display. He had problems. The manufacturer did nothing to fix the problem. The second coming sofa set came for the customer. There was obviously a manufacturer defect in the seat. We wanted her compensation. He did not send a 3-seat sofa. He asked for a fee. Even the subject was not dealt with. He did not claim the faulty seat he produced himself. We had it produced elsewhere and compensated for it. It is very strange that there are differences in quality and parts between the product delivered to the exhibition and the product delivered to the customer and a standard could not be achieved. Moreover, the products are sent to Germany. It is almost impossible to return it. As a result, SEER SEER is a manufacturer that does not stand behind the product they produce. Those who object to this comment, contact me. I prove it all with pictures and whatsapp correspondence. Normally, the products given to customers have a 2-year warranty, but we were abandoned before 6 months. I wanted everyone to know this. Wholesale or retail customers buy products accordingly.
