We were going to stay 2 nights in this teacher's house in Izmir where we came for the funeral of my late uncle. The 4-person suite room was in the comfort of a 5-star hotel. It is not possible to find a room of this setting in Germany for less than 300 euro per night. Prices may be expensive in TL, but you could stay like a king for less than the money you would pay for 1 kilo of genuine Kastamonu Sarımsağ. I will say to those who complain about the prices and say they are getting a salary in dollars, but this place will probably not be used anymore because it was damaged in the earthquake and nobody will be able to call out because the price is expensive.
