I need to work in Turkey I had the opportunity many car rental. One of them seemed to be the related company in Bayburt. We went to their offices for rental before the Eid al-Adha. After the welcoming ceremony, one of the two ladies said "what is your job?" I came across an absurd question like. To satisfy my curiosity, I asked them for their "why to learn my profession" requests and then we saw and heard that they were completely inexperienced to communicate with us as if we were there as a customer, and they were totally inexperienced in their communication with the customer. They need to learn that; If there is a procedure like learning the profession from customer information, they need to give us a preliminary explanation against why they want this information. After a logical explanation, whatever information is wanted is reached. The score evaluation I give is only because they are inadequate and incapable of customer communication. Unless they improve themselves on this issue; Neither a vehicle is rented nor a service is requested from such companies. I recommend them to make a self-criticism on this issue.

Bayburt is a respectable, high quality, beautiful place with its friendly staff, which provides car rental services in the center, has automatic / manual, diesel / gasoline, chauffeur-driven car rental options. You can receive your vehicle whenever and wherever you want.

I do not recommend anyone to this company, the person in charge of the company is very egoistic, either you will not rent a car or you will not make jazz if you are opening it.
