We would like to thank the owner and employees of Orya Holiday Village, who reminded us that we are still alive and breathing by taking a two-day getaway in our work and social life that has been upside down since the beginning of 2020. We had a great time accompanied. Orya holiday village is located in Düzce next to the Saz Village, with a limited number of cute and warm wooden houses, with a huge fireplace in the common area, and a place that makes people say "living is a good thing, my brother" in snowy and cold weather. Of course, I hope that those who are old understand what I mean when the words "Snow" and "Beech Forest" come together, and I recommend that those who are under age do research.
I am only giving 1 point because of the bad attitude of the host, although I am editing my comment on the fact that he made the main unfair accusations.
He does not write any information on the site and he called me and said that the common kitchen is not used due to covid. I interpreted not being used for covid reasons as the common kitchen of the place, as I saw the kitchen both in the apart and in the common area. And when we went to talk with him and other people with me, he gave a very harsh speech with the tension he was experiencing, but I asked him where I could use as a solution that I misunderstood. Even though there was never a situation like going wrong while I was speaking, he still said to us if you want, cancel. In addition, although I said I misunderstood what he expected from us, he was never solution-oriented such as "let's do things like this". As we are educated people, we patiently returned home and did not use anything common to the business again, and we left the house by lining up the sofa pillows without leaving a garbage. If he knew how to be a business manager and behave towards people and was a calm person, then he would not have treated us like that, nor would he write harsh answers in paragraphs and use words like "garbage" in return for a sentence we wrote.
We are at ease as we have never had a problem with any business before and we all see what kind of treatment we have faced at the same time. In addition, it is the most wrong action to be justified by showing the other person unfairly as bad.
I gave 2 and did not comment, I went down to 1 after the text below. I am neither the person who made the reservation nor the one who argued with him. While I was making a reservation, my friend regretted that he made threatening and prejudiced speeches such as “We are a family business for him” just because we are young and we do not have children. When we arrived he was standing at the door, the gentleman greeted us with a very sullen face. Then, when we talked to our spouses to have the procedures done, we learned that there was a dispute about this kitchen and even though we came to the mountain from afar under snowfall, even though we could not go, he told us to go if you want. Then, as women, we went to speak so the tension would not grow. And I just asked if there was a heater and also where I could use it to boil eggs for breakfast. He didn't even tell us that we were entitled to breakfast. And we learned later that the place included breakfast. In addition, we consumed the ready-made items we brought for 3 days just to avoid dealing with this gentleman, we did not use his kitchen even once. He did not even question this once either ... We left his house clean and put all the garbage in the container and even put the table that we pushed forward. The owner of the venue should be able to say "Sorry, misunderstanding" and connect the conversation. This gentleman wanted to send us, even though we came from a long way, did not even say our right to breakfast, and certainly did not behave smilingly.
I wouldn't write anything if there wasn't such a comment under it, but he deserved it by accusing me of things I didn't do.
We are on the way back now, but we think to come back as soon as possible .. The apartments we stayed in were very clean and comfortable, we felt like our own home. The breakfast was incredibly filling and delicious, everything was too much. The most important of all is the human factor, sometimes the possibilities are four, but you cannot enjoy it because of the employees, it is not possible to encounter such a thing here. We are already in our spring plans. When it snows, words are not enough to describe the scenery, thanks there to the holiday bay
Although the location and the place are beautiful, he accused us of the incomplete and incorrect information given by the owner before the accommodation, where he would take it from the bottom in front of the customer. There is no logic in not allowing the apartments to be used when they have a private kitchen. It is nonsense to use common kitchen and restaurant because of the pandemic. I guess the owner of the place did not even tell us that breakfast is included in the accommodation to save extra money from the restaurant. We couldn't cancel the reservation as we couldn't find another place after that hour and we left the apartment as we found it, but I will never stay in this place where it is not even known how to talk to the customer.
