My package with tracking number KP80133190946 departed from Samsun on 31.12.2020. Today is January 7 and I am learning that my cargo is waiting in Bornova district. The so-called distributor went out and there was nobody at the address, and they left the so-called paper. I am always working from home because of the corona. There is absolutely no such thing. There is a 1.5 hour drive between Bornova and Balçova, which is my district, and I cannot understand what logic you should say that I should take my cargo from there. Why isn't this cargo in my neighborhood? Why Bornova? But I will not let go of this business. You are victimizing a lot of people, do you think that the PTT officials who caused me to set off so much in such an epidemic, that I will not be able to find the dispatcher who came to my address and couldn't find me? Everybody speak the truth. I do not have to go to Bornova. That mail should come back to Balçova, my address urgently but immediately. At least he should come to the Balçova branch, as it should be. You are enjoying everyone's rights very well, but I will not feed them.

What the lady Gülce above said I was not at home, nice that day, I was always at home and I was told to go to Konak Eşrefpaşa PT and pick up my cargo that was supposed to come to Bornova.

Disgrace.. Although I am at home all day, they neither press the apartment bell nor bother to make a call. They leave the notice document and leave because we could not find it at home. Why do I give my home address if I visit your branch every time and get my mail from there?
