Dispatching company
First they delivered my cargo to someone else. Then they said we did not deliver it, it was a mistake, and they did not answer for 6 minutes and hung up the phone in my face before I finished my sentence. I still haven't received the cargo. I am not satisfied at all. I will never use mng again. In addition, the person who talked to me afterwards was coughing excessively during the 6 minutes I was kept on the phone by the branch.
It is a disgraceful company, they do not even feel the need to inform that my cargo has returned to the branch, they lie on it, they leave a note on the door, the customer service pattern is unnecessarily defending, I will definitely not shop with mng cargo again.
