It's an infamous institution. It was said to belong to a store called Captain Sport. They do not accept returns and charge a fee of 20₺ for change. It is a complete disgrace, and even though it was said that the shoes I bought as a gift yesterday have the numbers, they said that the next day we will bring it from another store that we did not have, and you have to pay 20 TL to him. I do not want to pay, I said get a refund, they say we do not accept returns. They were saying that if we do not sell it, we will change immediately, they demanded money the next day. Moreover, this institution is in the shopping mall. I will complain everywhere and never recommend this store either.
