Hasan Sultan Mosque - Sanliurfa It is located in Akarbaşı, around Balıklıgöl. According to the Urfa Yearbook; Hasan Sultan Mosque was built by Akkoyunlu Ruler Uzun Hasan in the second half of the 15th century. According to the same yearbook, the building was built adjacent to the Tok Temur Masjid dated to the 14th century. Hasan Padişah Mosque, according to the inscriptions; It was repaired by Hacı Yakub, son of Sheikh Abdulkadir, in 1574, during the reign of Ottoman Sultan Selim Han. The structure is then; It was repaired again in 1575, 1585, 1796, 1859. There is a single-balcony minaret to the north of the courtyard. The water coming from Halil ur-Rahman Lake passes through the courtyard of this mosque.
