We, as the Dicle district, have made an agreement with the people of Şuski, we do not know that for about 2 years, the water has been cut off regularly at 8 o'clock in the morning and it comes at 8 o'clock in the evening. Disgrace. Even 1 star is too much. Almost every 2-3 days the water is definitely cut off. They can't do their job. If you put the guys who don't know the business, that's how it will be there.
