I went to Vimsa Şanlıurfa authorized service on 07.01.2021 due to a malfunction in the steering wheel and the trim sounds coming from the dashboard and door handles. Service consultant Sami Tufan greeted me with his smiling face and interest. Then, we shared the problems related to the vehicle to the electrician fehmi oçakoğlu to deal with the vehicle. Electrical master, Mr.Fehmi, applied very nice and solid insulation to the area where the front chest - navigation system is located and where the digital dial is located. There is no trim sound from the vehicle now. I would like to thank the service consultant Sami Bey and the electrical master fehmi for this interest. My vehicle is 2020 passat. Having a trim sound in his vehicle, Vimsa should go to Şanlıurfa authorized service and reach Sami Bey and Fehmi Bey. Thanks for your labor.

A very uninterested dealer. I've been asking Leon since August. The sales representative says, "The vehicles will arrive in September, we will inform you". It's September, they say "I'll give you a number, call for a price" I am looking for a single vehicle with a list price of 226 thousand TL "245 thousand TL". Today I ask again, "You said the car will come in September. What is the situation?" We are looking for no vehicle. This time it is called "wait for vehicles in October". It's like they give free tools. People's time and money are also precious. Never again will I contact this dealer.
