Today, we had a lesson with Dila for the first time. I realized that although I had studied Pilates before, I had a lot more to learn and to learn. He is both a great instructor and a great person. The studio is perfect, everything has been thought for us :)
If you want to do pilates with someone who loves his job, you should definitely work with Dila teacher. If you are going to start pilates, there is no better and you will be more motivated by seeing your progress as you progress. If you go once you will continue anyway :)
I have been working with my Dila teacher for months. It continues to increase thanks to my love for Pilates. At least as happy as he was at the opening of his own studio. You can trust with your eyes closed.
