A company that always thinks about its customer, which I have been a customer for a long time and I am very satisfied, I read some comments, I never agree with those comments, they are probably trying to upload their own mistakes to the company or the comments made by other company owners to scribble the breakthrough car rental. There were times when I was too late and I delivered late, they did not cause any difficulties, if I made the customer wait for the vehicle after me when I was late, I gave the delay fee without asking them, or there was no charge at all.

Not professional at all. I explain in detail below. 1. His tools are bad for the prices he gets. 2. Nothing is documented when you receive the vehicle. He does not take note of the damages (lines etc.) of the vehicle. It's called "you can take a picture". So if you do not take a picture of a scratch or lose the picture you took, you may be slandered. 3. The mileage limit is not mentioned, clearly stated and written. 4. Something like a half hour delay is not treated with understanding. (does not have to be understanding, but humanity can be shown) 5. He said that you can only deliver on Monday because it doesn't work on Sunday. He asked me to get an extra day. 6. Communication is not professional. If you're not someone he knows, he doesn't even care about you. PS: The positive comments I wrote did not feel realistic at all. Like people he knows wrote positive comments

Talk to the customer is zero. It's like he's renting it for the sake of his father. Even if you don't know, it's your duty. Definitely don't rent a car from such bully people. There are much better places in Nigde.
