There is no information sign around it. As a result of the information we received from the people we saw in the vicinity, it was opened once a year for a religious ceremony in May.

Known as the Üzümlü Church in Derinkuyu district of Nevşehir, but its real name, the Saint Theodoros Trion Church, although abandoned to its fate, manages to attract you with its architecture. The church, which is open only on the last Sunday of May, was built by Abdulmecid Pasha, who was the sultan during the Ottoman Empire, as war compensation. The Church of St. Theodoros Trion, built by combining camel eggs with soil, amazes those who see it with its rare balance columns even today. The feature of these balance columns ensures that the church survives when the 1-2 centimeter gaps on it are squeezed during the earthquake. In addition, the pilgrimage signs on the ceiling provide the balance of the stones. Even when these pilgrimage-marked stones fell during the collapse, only 1/3 of the church was demolished.

It was upset that he did not have any publicity around him. You can observe and visit outside the church. There is no entrance to its interior. There is no information about the church. The municipality should work on such issues. Progress occurs by taking steps.
