What a HORRIBLE experience! Seriously I do not understand how people gave this hotel any ratings. My husband and I needed a 1 night stay with our dog. A hotel in Dalyan recommended this hotel. My husband called and made a reservation and the owner accepted dogs. We then paid for the night using hotels.com. When we go to the hotel the owner was so angry that we paid through the company. He yelled at us and told us to find another hotel. We asked for our money back and he said he can't. Then we tried calling hotels.com but because it was quite late, nobody was answering so the owner said ok go ahead and pay me 30tl more and you can stay 1 night. The room we were offered was VERY outdated. The bathroom stunk like mold and perhaps urine. As the night progressed we realized there was an awful smell coming from the mattress and the AC. It was a mold smell. It is disturbing that people can run a business and steal from customers. Then at 11:30 pm we get a pounding sound on the door. My husband answers and the owner again yelled at us to leave the hotel because we wrote a review on hotels.com. The owner is an awful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It was a BIG BIG mistake to stay here. I regret the few hours we did sleep at that OLD STINKY DISGUSTING hotel!

Moonlight Apart Hotel is such a pleasant hotel that we cannot pass without comment. I went to the hotel with my friends. As soon as you entered the hotel, Didem Hanım's warm and smiling welcome made us very happy. In addition, Didem Hanım's family are very excellent people. I would like to thank Mr. Fikret and Ms. Aynur. Clean rooms, lush garden offer a calm and peaceful holiday. We took a tour on the boat with friends and we were very pleased. We also admired the dishes specially prepared by Ms. Aynur. See you again in May. I recommend everyone to stay here and have a vacation.

I would like to say that I was very pleased with the cleaning of this place where I stayed in Dalyan for 3 days after interrupting our Antalya holiday and on the recommendation of my friend. When it happened, they immediately welcomed from here, I thank the evening dresses and their family.

With the friendliness of the owner of the hotel, their constant attention, the cleanliness of the room, the air of the pool, it can be one of the best hotels to make your holiday. We, 3 friends, made the last minute decision and allowed us to have a nice holiday without any trouble in our holiday. The hotel is in the center of Dalyan close to everywhere. Thanks to Didem Hanım, Duygu and Fikret who were always interested in us. If I come to Dalyan again, I would prefer you again :))
