My husband I booked this hotel because they allow dogs. The owner has 2 very nice dogs who welcome you with their barks but don't be scared because they are absolutely the sweetest. Another couple in the hotel also brought her dog so it became a party of dogs. The location is the best, full river view, view of the kaunos, many nearby restaurants, bars, and mini markets.The room is spacious, super clean, and they offer a WONDERFUL homemade breakfast. The owner gives something different each breakfast which we liked a lot. We loved the homemade jams, the array of cheese, olives, fruit, and eggs. It was a great stay. The CONS I can say the hotel doesn't have a tv and the restroom sucks. Just dont take a shower since there isnt any room and I find it super weird taking a shower with no divider. You are literally standing next to the toilet.

A peaceful and romantic place. River and pool. Very clean rooms. You wake up with a wonderful historical view. The food is diverse and delicious. Wall Street and İndia experienced owners. Employees are welcoming and friendly. Healthy internet connection. (The whole area is covered.) We've asked to stay longer at the end. 100% recommended by us.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Hotel Dalyan. We just slept there one night but I wish we could have stayed longer! Kerem is the best host, very helpful, flexible and friendly. The view on the river and the Dalyan tombs is wonderful, especially in the morning during the homemade breakfast. The vibe is really cool, modern and cosy. It feels like you're visiting friends or family! I would recommend this place to anybody :)

Kerem and his mom are amazing hosts, the view and the comfort are priceless here. We arrived by car and we were welcomed late at night (with refreshments and nice talks). The breakfast on the terrace, near the river and with a view on the Dalyan tombs, is prepared by Kerem's mom and is probably one of the best we had during our stay in Turkey ! The hosts can call you a boat-cab to go to Iztuzu Plaji which is definitely a must-see if you go in this area. We would recommend Holiday Hotel to anyone !
