I didnt stay here but a friend did - non residents welcome and nothing is too much bother for Lalay the owner and her lovely son. Beautiful garden with choice of seating and the atmosphere is so lovely you would never realise you're only yards from a main road. The breakfast looked amazing with lots of choice. Lovely sandwiches. Just a fabulous place. Thanks.

Newly opened. Small family owned very friendly. Lovely clean modern rooms. Nice breakfast. Very central to everything.

Would give 10 stars if I could the most accomadting place I have ever stayed in. Layla the owner helped settle us in to our room in the early hours of the morning, arranged transport from the airport to accomadation. Breakfast was excellent. Bedroom and Bathroom was clean, also had a balcony over looking the pool area. The cost of the accomadation was excellent value and worth every penny. would highley recommend this accommodation to solo / couples / families As all were present when I was their, every one had nothing but admiration for the owner on how smoothly this place ran. Many were returning couples. Location was central to buses / tour pick ups / taxies / Saturday market / boat trips./ restraunts /café Thank you Layla we will shortly booking accommodation for next year.

Nice, clean rooms with spacious balcony. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Nice and quiet, but still right in the center. Van to the beach around the corner. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I got a real home feeling. If I go to Dalyan again I absolutely want to go back here!
