A place that is not to be visited, you can spend your time in the streets of mardin, but the mardin is beautifully photographed from below.

The complex consisting of a mosque, madrasah, fountain and bath in the Mâristan (Emineddin) district of Mardin is also known as Mâristan among the people. It is among the first building groups built in the form of a complex in Anatolia; it is also one of the earliest examples of medical madrasah and healing. The construction initiated by Emînüddin, the brother of the Mardin Artuklu Sultan Necmeddin İlgazi (1104-1122), was completed by the sultan. The complex was built on a sloping land; The wide courtyard is entered through a cascaded sentence door located next to the madrasa to the north. The fountain, called the Mâristan Fountain, is in a part with two arches to the east of the courtyard. After a three-span entrance, the madrasa consists of two separate rooms, one in the west and two in the east, covered with rectangular and cross vaults. The barrel-vaulted mosque in the south of the courtyard, together with the last congregation place covered by three cross vaults. It gives the impression that it has been renewed in centuries. On the east side of the mosque, the prayer-like mihrab and stone-paved high platform also has completely new balustrades. The section with bath, which is understood to be the main structure of the complex, is mostly in ruins. From the plan sketch determined before its collapse, it is understood that it had a four-armed temperature and it was reached by a horizontal connection behind the fountain. The large and single domed dressing room (window) that still stands today is equipped with niches and benches. The nature of the narrow corridors is not understood with the square space between the two large sections in diagonal position. However, it is possible to think that the bath, which has a natural hot water source, was used for water treatment and the complex was designed as a medical madrasah-healing in the madrasa, where practical information was given.
