Disgrace, I definitely do not recommend the carpets, how they were collected from the house, they brought bags and brought the stains that did not see the water surface, and when I call back and tell you the situation, if you do not like it, you will not give us your carpets.
Too bad I would definitely not make such a mistake again.
Absolutely do not recommend! Although I said “never use staples and tapes, if you will use them, I will never give them” while I was giving them the 100-year-old hand-woven carpet, I hope they wrapped the carpet with duct tape, and they pressed the click-on stapler. It is evident that it is not a place that cares about its customers and it does not keep their promises.
After washing the seats, I realized how wrong it was to wipe. I didn't think it would make so much difference as we normally delete it all the time, but I was wrong. We also washed our carpets from this company and they reached our hands in a clean way. There was a small coffee stain on the surface, but there are no works at the moment. They do their job with utmost care. They delivered our carpets on the day and time they said. They were at home at the time they said we had made an appointment in the seats. You can definitely choose it with peace of mind. We thank you for everything.
I washed my carpets, my complaints from many places were that the delivery took a long time and the stains remained, but in Yıldız Carpet Cleaning, delivery was fast and the carpets were sparkling 🙌🏻 You can wash your carpets with great service, professional work and peace of mind 👏🏻
