One of the worst ATM i have ever come across. Confiscated my card for no reason and then asked me to visit bank the next working day. I was a tourist and had my flight the next day. Then they asked me to come with my passport and since i was away from my hotel i dint have access to my passport too. At the end, i took a cab went all the way to hotel..took passport and then took cab again. Wasted 60 euros in it and still they made me wait outside the bank and wasted my time before returning my card. Worst part was that they did not even give an explanation why my card was confiscated. IDIOTS. FU HSBC
