First of all, let me state that I am a business banker that I have always been proud of and now I am retired. I sold my house in Kuşadası, it has been like a month and a half, my wife has an account in your branch, housing insurance and dask policies were made in your branch before, we canceled the instructions after we sold the house. In the meantime, we moved to Ankara and my wife, Fevziye Yurt, was paid in 3-month installments on my credit card. How can such a thing happen without asking me. I destroyed the house and you never looked at the state or the new title deed. I hope you correct this mistake, otherwise I will report my complaint to the general management.
