Hayyam Cellar is undoubtedly the only place where you can spend hours when you go to Şirince. It would be a real loss for a person to return without knowing the real brother and his wife Funda and not chatting even for an hour. You can chat with a real brother about wines while tasting wine. A business manager who does his job really well. With his wife, funda, you can share something from every frame of your life. Sounds good like therapy. MY LIFE SHOULD NOT RETURN WITHOUT VIEWING TO THE CORE. :)

When you go to other places in the village, you understand that this is the only place to taste in Şirince. We bought very delicious wines and look forward to trying the chocolate wine. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect venue. Try the coffee in the sand and it is served with black mulberry. Also, there is no need to describe the wines. However, be sure to try Syriac wine, which are their own productions. The picture below welcomes the guests.
