My cousin and I had an incredibly romantic (era) visit at La Tulip, we learned how he makes the shoes and each bought a pair. He showed his shop (gallery) and served us tea. It was a nice experience sitting with Ali drinking tea and chatting all afternoon. This entire street is an experience you must open yourself up too.
Definitely visit! Very impressive to see the work of a genuine authentic shoemaker. We sat down and drank tea with the owner who is a very sympathetic person.
Very friendly with honest prices and handmade shoes
Ali is such a friendly guy who welcomes anyone from all over the world. He makes his own shoes, book covers, and bags from leather for a reasonable price
