It is the place where I definitely stop by and buy filter coffee while coming from Kütahya to Tavşanlı.

We went with friends on Thursday when I ordered Lemon & Green Tea and when I wanted it not to be too icy, the female friend said "ok" and threw only one or two ice cubes. When we arrived today, I repeat the same order, but today, Mr. friend said we can not go out of the standard. I said, "What changed from yesterday to today?" "No, unfortunately," he insisted, "OK, then I said," I said. And he put the cup he took back into place. Never had such a disrespectful employee in such a neat and beautiful place. Lowering the quality !!!!! Solution or training should be provided. Or anyone else who doesn't like it, please. Otherwise, they get nervous.
