The building is beautiful inside and out. There is no parking problem when you go by car. Security at the door helps. The size of the building feels like you will disappear inside but the Orientation is very good. If I needed to speak to the staff I dealt with, they all helped by informing them with a smile. Thank you to them.

It is located far from the center. Do not try to walk. The staff is generally concerned. Although some civil servants are difficult to reach, they serve well from many municipalities.

Transportation is easy.
