It is in the neighborhood between Hisar Hill and Hıdırlık Hill. He is also known as Masjid of Celal Efendi because of the Mullah Celal Efendi lying in June. Single domed and covered with tile roof. It is estimated that it was built in the first quarter of the 16th century during the reign of Sultan Süleyman the Canon. An enigma of the poet Pesendi was placed in two pieces of marble. The riddle looks like this: Ammeten I saw from my father little flesh, I stayed hungry, I immediately ate and ate deliciously, Do not fear Zahida or your Lord Open your bet carefully in the hadith. The answer to this riddle of the poet Pesendi was found by Ak Takke Hoca Efendi: Çekirge ... (A part of the restored Hungarian house looks in the back.)

It was built as a masjid, school and fountain during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent. On both sides of the fountain an enigma of the poet Hacı Pesendi from Kütahya was put in an inscription written in thuluth.
