Of course, this school building no longer exists. It was replaced.

The first buildings were those with weapons depots. In the buildings where the current Ashaboğlu Elementary School is located, education has been made for many years. In 1948, one of these buildings was allocated to Emet Secondary School and teaching activities continued in the other three buildings. These buildings, which accommodated 44 years of Gazikemal Primary School, were demolished during the Gediz Earthquake on 28 March 1970. Between 1970-1972, our school continued education under the roof of Ashaboğlu Primary School building. In 1971, it was moved to its current building, built on the land provided by the Earthquake Executive Committee. Since 1972-1973 academic year, it continues its activities in this building. The needs of both the building and the landscaping are realized by the initiatives of Etibank and Emet people.
