Information received from the corporate website on 11.04.2019: history Aksaray University Institute of Science and Technology was founded with the law numbered 5467 on 17.03.2006 and started its academic activities in 2008. Master's and Ph.D. education in the Institute is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 ”YÖK Graduate Education Regulation“ and ult Aksaray University Graduate Education and Training Regulation Enstitü. The main aim of the institute is to organize graduate education in the field of Science and Engineering Sciences, to follow the scientific and technological developments, to direct graduate studies and projects, and to direct students to advanced researches in contemporary subjects. Currently, there are 16 non-thesis masters, 18 master's degree programs and 13 doctoral programs within the institute. 1451 students continue their education. A total of 851 students have graduated from Graduate Programs since their foundation. The Institute is in a rapid development to train qualified MS and PhD students who can transfer their achievements to the fields of application by following the development of contemporary science and technology.
