Lovely place with friendly staff, clean environment, more than enough breakfast and some rooms with castle view. Only thing is location can be issue for some body. If the question is for next time, yes I come back again this place. Thanks to their staff.

Hotel owners were so good to us, although we battled with language they understood us
Nice hotel with friendly staff situated close to the center of town and overlooking St John's basilica. A good launching point to cover many tourist attractions including Ephesus, the basilica mentioned , the Virgin Mary's final home and resting place and the Aegean coast.
Unfair currency change, bad communication, ugly location, damn hot rooms.
Change EUR to TRY was 5.7 instead of the official 6.22.
We booked a transfer, we received different prices in different moments... All in euro. Received confirmation, the transfer didn't show up. They told I didn't confirm, although I got their confirmation in reply to my flight details. We were forced to look for a taxi at 2 in the night, and we discovered they have fixed prices which are 20-25% less than the one proposed by the hotel.
Finally, our room were burning hot when we arrived at 3am, impossible to sleep and we had to wait the airco to cool the place down a bit.
Location is nice if you face the castle, but the main entrance faces an ugly street. Breakfast was poor (apart from the sweets, not bad).
The guy at the reception seemed not to really care about our requests for information, he was very rude.
All in all, avoid.
I stayed for two nights to see Ephesus. Great breakfast spread both local and "continental breakfast" options with a variety of breads, cheeses, and fruits. Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. Walkable to several sights. There are also buses nearby if you ask the desk.
