The place was great and recently reconstructed. Place is revised by the best architect in Selçuk – İzmir region. Hotel is very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff obeys pandemic rules, feel free to visit with your family
When you enter the hotel garden you feel like you are in your own house. Erdem, Neco and The Cleaning lady are so warm and friendly.
Erdem has a great energy and he manages and finds solution for everything. He is a real professional
Breakfast is impressive, real Turkish breakfast. There were more than six homemade jam and local cheeses, omlets,… etc.

Luxurious new hotel near the main religious sites. Breakfast is outstanding. Service is great. All in all highly recommended.

From start to finish, it was awesome! We enjoyed out stay here at the Livia Garden. Erdem was an exceptional host and you can tell he prioritizes your comfort. I felt at home during our time here. Breakfast was top notch! True Turkish breakfast. Whenever I'm in the Selçuk area again, I will not hesitate to make a reservation.
The location of the hotel, the rooms are very clean, the team is number ten, the breakfast and the food are very good, they love what they do, what more can you get.I strongly recommend.
