Greymark Hotel

The location is good. It's close to the metro station. What I really didn't like was the breakfast though. We stayed for 5 days, and had to eat the same breakfast plate for 5 days. The vegetables weren't that fresh, and the variety of things to eat wasn't the best. An open buffet would have been a better alternative. The rooms were clean, although I don't think the mugs inside of the room weren't changed daily or washed with dish soap at all. The employers were nice. To sum it all up, I could have chosen a better hotel for the same price and location.

We can hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside from inside our hotel room. Outside is very noisy. So i had to take one star away for that. Other than that, the staff here is wonderful!!! They respond quickly to our needs. I had surgery and they really catered to me. They are lovely. The kitchen staff took care of us. Book here!!! Do not hesitate. Just make sure your room has no access to noise outside.

I was there at the hotel Grey mark Izmir for 2 weeks because of my mum dentist , but to be honest I did not like it at all, first because they give every morning same breakfast , and second because they have only few dishes for lunch and dinner and those one are very bad cooked , specially the meat . They do not have a much variety of dishes they have a fixed menu. The only nice person at that hotel was the Manager and the Erdinç Kaya if I am not wrong about his name . And about the rooms mine was a bit fine every day but my mum room was very very bad about the bathroom because of the ventilation it was not proper ventilated the bathroom because of course no window only some kind of electric ventilation, and it wasn’t work . Other staff of the hotel I have to say they were very rude with us , every time I was ordering in to my room anything they coming after 1h or coming downstairs for dinner I was waiting 30 min to be serve why? Because they did not like us . Sorry but I would never ever go back to that hotel. I would recommend them to change the carpet and clean more careful the showers and fix the cracks walls inside rooms hallways and at the back walls of the hotel . As it was the earthquake Of 6.6 on 30th of October at 14:45 worst night mare of my life . But what can I say more I was staying there for 2 weeks because dentist paid everything for us🤣
