If you don't like smelling like cigarette's, do Not stay at this hotel. I thought I did good research before booking this hotel, but I was wrong. The photo's look really nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful and location great. The room was very old and out dated, there were holes in the walls, the phone in our room didn't work. The room smelled So strongly of cigarettes that we put our luggage outside on the balcony. We asked to switch rooms, but were told there weren't any others available. An hour after arriving, we couldn't stand the smell (we sat outside on the balcony the whole time) so we booked a different hotel and asked for a refund. We did not sit on the bed or use anything in the room except the toilet and opened one of the room slippers. The hotel had charged us in advance for two night. Not only did they refuse to give us a refund for this night, but wrote down our credit card number and said they'd have to refund the second night. We were not happy about writing down our credit card number. In the end, they never refunded the second night either. I do not write bad reviews often, but this was a terrible experience. I would Not recommend staying here.

I was skeptical about it at first. The hospitality is great and every COVID-19 measurements were taken. I like the veiw ( the veiw is fascinating) and the rooms as well. However, the rooms are in need for renovations where there is a smell at first goes away when you open the windows or the balkony for like quite some time. And unfortunately the toilets always has this sewage smell and you can only lock the bathroom well in order to not get the smell all across the room. On the other hand it is a clean hotel with nice hospitality and good service. I would consider it pricy because of the aspects I mentioned however the view is great and unforgettable.

The location is excellent on the waterfront in Alsancak district with plenty of bars and restaurants around. My room was on the first floor and I had a good view of the sea and the promenade from the balcony. However, the people from the promenade could also see me, since the room was just on 1st floor, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also there was noise from the hotel restaurant just under the balcony. The room itself had old furniture and felt in need of renovation. There was smell in the bathroom and the toilet seat was positioned uncomfortably high (I'm 190cm tall and it still felt high). There is a free valet parking service which was nice. The breakfast was ok.

Nice place, location is perfect and safe, everything available, taxi, bicycle, sketboard and very nice restaurant and restaurants bars. It's on the sea and center of Izmir, believe ms you'll not regret your choice
