I live in Karşıyaka and in May last year, we were exposed to the mistreatment of a doctor lady in Çiğli research hospital with other patients, I complained about the issue with the hospital administration, Cimer, the Ministry of Health and TTB, there is no need to investigate twice, pandemic period, etc. In 3 attempts, TTB handled the issue and informed me in writing that it decided to open an investigation against the doctor lady. As a result, I tried to show our righteousness and that we do not deserve such uncivilized behavior as citizens, but I have conveyed the situation with a letter of thanks to TTB for the closure of the issue. Now if you are wondering why I made this comment here, let me explain to you! After months, the Bozyaka hospital, to which 182nd directed me, finished all the prejudices in my mind. I was so impressed by all of them that I could not tell, they helped me, the patients before me, with kindness and meticulousness, with such a precious approach and expression. As a result, people are at the heart of everything, all the employees I have come across were complete in humanity and merit. May Allah not deprive them of their health, peace and happiness, too.

Six months ago, we had my mother operated for a spinal cord narrowing. We were discharged 4 days after the surgery. As if he did not do it himself. Now we are visiting the hospital, because he did not put the platinum in the narrow channel correctly, there was a narrowing on the back. It seems surgery again.
