We can not do our work because of the time they took to the box office transactions, forgetting that other waiting people have transactions while chatting with incoming people. What is it to wait 45 minutes with 5 people in front of everyone's time? He only does security by giving his job the right. It can get people to do their job faster without getting to the booth. This is a star just for security!

I wanted to do a simple loan closure. Staff extremely slow and indifferent. I waited about 5 people for 1 hour. When it comes to the counter at the counter can not make transactions from the screen, said I need to call customer service. When I called customer service, the box office attendant told me to help. On the day we are in the information age, they are too incapable of doing my operation in another branch of the same bank. The funniest was that the lady sitting at the box office constantly asked the security guard for credit. I hope the security officer's salary is double salary
