Catastrophic, bad organization, always a huge queue outside when so easy and quick in other branches! Avoid.

We went to Yapı Kredi Urla branch with my friend to open a checking account. It took 2 hours for our process to finish. Employees were attitude towards us in a way we could not understand. They knowingly took our job slow. We went there with permission from work, I can say that we were victims. People working at Yapı Kredi Urla Branch are very angry and do not like what they do. At least I can say this for two ladies who do our operation.

And don't go to the lady at 3rd. Even if the number you picked up falls to him. In the first round to take over a site management, I don't know if you want to spend 150 minutes and go to the 2nd time to see if it's done wrong. The result is a different error and still can't use mobile banking.
