extreem long waiting times, they work slower than than the worst public servants. after the wait they cant help u with anything: citing all kinds of excuses. most popular one "system is experiencing technical difficulties". after which they tell u to call their equally abysmal callcenter. i will be closing my accounts at is bankasi, which off course proves to be difficult because their customer service is non existent. stay away if u dont want to damage ur sanity. try any other bank than this one.

Today, after waiting for a long time to open a foreign currency & TL account (65 years old); 1- The passbook can only be given if the account has a Euro balance ??? that is, they did not give a bank passbook ... 2- It was said that they had to deposit a certain amount of money in their TL account (100 TL was deposited) ... Can an official explain this to me? I have opened an account in many domestic and foreign banks until today ... I have never encountered such sanctions ... It does not suit our state's bank like Ziraat Bank ...
