Gokcin baklava is very inconsistent one day is great, one day it is terrible, I think this is what I wonder if they give me stale baklava a day fresh? Yesterday evening, we asked for half a kilo of baklava with pistachio, but we slept with a stomachache until the morning, even though everyone from the family ate 1-2, the worst baklava I have ever eaten. When I called the branch and asked if you were selling my old baklava, they said that it is not possible as if we were lying, there is no way that this baklava is fresh for at least 3-4 days. I ate your classic pistachio baklava but I didn't like it .. it was a bit like dough. I would have expected more beautiful.
