The staff is very slow and they don't care about the customer there was a blonde girl who made a mistake with our order and thought we didn't understand Turkish wanted to lie to us and made us pay for shipping that we asked we didn't want!there was another employee who was playing PUBG with the sound outloud in which was annoying.The process of buying is very bad they make us wait so much time just to fill few things. They need to be trained well! There was only one employee who was more than perfect in helping us his name was Furkan and he spoke English and helped us very well even after we bought the items he kept on calling the shipping company and directing to get things done we really appreciated what he has done and he was the best employee in that showroom. Thank you Furkan
