This business does not even deserve one star from me, but to leave a comment it had to be given one to the least. This business had seven days to clean four rugs for me, but on the promised delivery day Serkan bey said that he's on the other side of the city (Eskişehir is a big city but it isn't a very large city) and would prefer to deliver tomorrow. I was fine. One more day (eight days total) I could handle. I had placed no rush. After finally having received all my rugs and paid full to which I was not given a receipt, the man left without unrolling the rugs rolled tight in plastic wrapping. To that I didn't mind. However, when I went to unroll the rugs, they were still slightly damp and one still being dirty. I immediately called to complain especially about the still dirty one and I was told that it would be picked up this evening for cleaning. No one came. I will definitely not reuse their services again.
In my research on the Internet, I fell for the mistake of having my store curtains washed by comments, you don't fall! Fly, insect came out of the curtains to be cleaned. For 2 times more than this money, this service is priceless !!!!!
My carpets are immaculate and miscalled. In Eskişehir, the only address for the carpet is that I think it is distinguished carpet cleaning. I'm very pleased that I've had no distress in your work. I would strongly recommend to everyone .... Thanks Serkan bey ....

I have been living in Eskisehir for 17 years. I have washed many different washing carpets. I only saw Serkan bey, who worked devotedly to give his job as necessary. They've been washing my carpets for 3 years. I would recommend it to everyone.
