I handed over my 2017 model vehicle to Teknik Auto service, as always, to have its annual maintenance done. Despite the fact that we did not have any complaints in the first place in order to correct the mistakes and negativities made by the service consultant, the Customer Relations Representative Gamze Hanım stepped in and renewed our trust in Teknik Oto and its personnel with her interest, relevance and smiling face in the service process that went negatively. Teknik Oto and Nissan once again showed us their quality. We would like to thank Teknik Oto and Gamze again with their customer-oriented approach.

From Nissan Teknik Auto / Eskisehir They called from service for the vehicle I bought last year. I set the appointment day and came, I was welcomed with a smiling face and sincere, and the procedures to be done about the vehicle were explained one by one. They also helped with the service fee. Most importantly, they gave me a vehicle for my private business and helped me. 2018 yilinda Nissan ailesine katildim sadece musteriye karsi ilgi ve alakalarindan dolayi Ankaradan geliyorum. Özellikle Gamze Canıgeçgin hanimefendinin ilgilerinden dolayi cok memnunum her sorunuma bir telefon ile çözüm sağliyor. Buradan bir kez daha kendilerine teşekkürlerimi ve saygilarimi sunuyorum. I gave my Nissan Micra car to the service, but I could not go because of the corona, but dimple and Emine sent me a valet and took my car from my house to the service. When my car came, it was very clean and it was done very well. I present my endless thanks to the nissan technical auto for its friendly staff.
