We gave it the shape of wool. They delivered in a day. When it came, it came hardened and gelled. I am not satisfied at all.
They got extra money by saying special weaving from my 4 m2 carpet, although the eaves of my carpet were torn and spilled very bad 👎🏻 but the business washes clean and removes the stains well, but they should find a solution to the fringed carpets They ruined my 1-year carpet
My carpets were delivered on the day I wanted. The washing process was fine. I am satisfied. Also, there was a bleach stain on my carpet. It was a nice detail that they assumed it was a permanent stain and left a note saying that you had no stain inside the carpet. Thank you again
I dissatisfied my seats and carpets, I was not satisfied. I called the company, took photos and video, the black dust spots of the seats remained, there was no return or apology. We just opened the carpets, there was a cigarette burn on the carpet. I do not recommend it in any way.
They sent my carpets and my duvet before the quilt dries, hope not to work with this business again.
