If I had 0 points, I would give it. What does it mean if the phone of a PTT branch is not working? I guess they either break the phone or leave it open so that people don't call in order not to contact people.

They both keep your cargo waiting and do not bring it, and they talk to you in an exemplary manner. It was the first time I ordered PTT, I mean, that wouldn't be the case. Even 1 point more to such branch. They call me on Sunday and make it look like it's open and ask you to pick up your cargo from the branch. Such a branch does not suit Bucak. DISGRACE!!!!
