Bitlis büryanı güzel ve organik mahsulleri harikadır. Turizm bölgesi olarak hazırlansa memlekete iyi bir katma değer kazandırır. Kalenin çevresi çarpık yapılaşma ve olmaması gereken dükkanlar kalenin dibine yerleştirmişler. Kale ön plana çıkarılırsa süper olur. Bir de yavaş giden dere üstü ve çevresinin orijinal haline kavuşsa iyi yerli ve yabancı turist çekecek.

1 day ago, we ate in Siirt, two people 150s each Gr. We paid 60 TL account. We ate here a day later and they got 110 TL per gram to see which one does better. I don't know if we were deceived by strangers. The meat here was not cooked enough, it was raw, cut thickly. It looked like boiled meat. It was melting in the mouth in Siirt. On the way out, I said why is it so expensive? I ate it for 60 liras yesterday in Siirt. Ours said they do it in the tandoor, in the oven. What does it matter brother? I said it was tastier, how many people frowned, almost walking on me. I say this as someone who has toured every inch of every part of Turkey. Don't eat here, brother. Take an hour's drive from Siirt and eat in Siirt. Gasoline keeps less than the difference in price. They cannot pass by the tradesmen of Siirt. There is no hygiene here, nobody wore a mask.
