Customer representative lady was very rude even though they were wrong. He both screams at the employees and speaks against the customer.

2 pieces of parcels were sent from Giresun to Bilecik on April 27. On April 29, I arrived at Bilecik, I delivered the cargo by myself on Saturday, May 2, but one of the incoming parcels was delivered to me as if it was brought by force, kicking it. I told a friend of the employees, "Why is this parcel so?" He told me that these parcels came separately. Whatever it is about, let me come separately, why did MNG cargo just give me a tracking number? and I was crushed, I had to throw it in the garbage, it cost me so much, I expect my loss to be met. I would also expect attention and sensitivity even if this package contains food on the parcel.
